The Executive Chef reports to and works with the General Manager on menu design, execution, food costing, inventory and ordering, kitchen cleanliness, food safe procedures, hiring, scheduling and general management of kitchen staff. We are a high paced environment that offers high quality and exciting dishes!

Minimum 5 years of relative kitchen management experience.
