The Whitetooth Bistro Ltd. operates three businesses at a central location in downtown Golden, British Columbia - a small resort community which attracts thousands of tourists in the summer and winter months. Surrounded by four of Canada's finest national parks, Golden is renowned for its golf, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, rafting, hang gliding and other outdoor pursuits.

The Whitetooth Bistro Ltd. consists of the following establishments;

• Whitetooth Mountain Bistro – a casual yet elegant style restaurant serving a modern bistro style cuisine www.whitetoothbistro.com

• Rockwater Grill & Bar - a large venue with live music shows, private parties and other events, featuring two outdoor patios www.rockwatergrill.com

• Catering by Whitetooth - for wedding and events, either offsite or on premise www.whitetoothbistro.com/catering

Job Requirements:

We are looking to hire a strong Sous Chef for a busy kitchen with preferable banquet or relevant experience. Applicant must be hard working, personable and have flexibility with shifts.

*Assist the Executive Chef in Day to Day Operations.

*Must be able to properly execute all menus.

*To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Kitchen.

* Be responsible for, and capable of excellent cooking habits.

*Must be well organized, with the ability to work with well others, lead and mentor.

Salary Negotiable based on experience.
