Wash, peel & cut vegetables. Clean & sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances & equipment. Receive, unpack & store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards & other store areas. Remove kitchen garbage & trash. Handle & store cleaning products. Sweep & mop the floors.

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware & other containers used in the kitchen. Sanitize & wash dishes manually.

Will be working with a hot equipment like  Deep Fryers & Grill
