Company Description:

From Scratch Foods Inc. opened its market bistro (A Mountain Kitchen)  in Fairmont Hot Springs this past April 2012.  As a new thriving business, we are focused on bringing amazing food to the valley.

From Scratch - A Mountain Kitchen has 30 seats inside and a 20 seat patio.  The layout is open plan which means that the guest sees everything going on.  Whether its making bread first thing in the morning or bringing the ribs in from the smoker...we have nothing to hid.  The energy in the room is always humming as we are passionate about what we do and create.

From Scratch also has a market section that contains chef prepared meals that just need to be re-heated in the comfort of the guests home whether its a timeshare, rv, tent....You will also find many BC and Alberta made food products on our shelves as well as our own line of product we are currently selling at the local farmers markets.
