CMHA for the Kootenays offers a variety of services aimed at promoting the mental health, wellness and emotional stability of the individuals within the communities we serve. 

Services range from housing, daycare, children/youth services, employment programs, transitional and second stage housing for women & children fleeing domestic violence, outreach services, crisis line, Volunteer services, Bounce Back, and public education.
