Whether you are looking for work or looking to hire the EK Employment Elk Valley is your one stop shop for all your employment needs.   We offer a wide range of integrated employment services and supports.  As a WorkBC site we can help you with job search strategies and resume building, provide information on employment related programs and training, and connect you with up-to-date job listings for the entire Elk Valley area.  

All job seekers are welcome to access our self-serve area free of charge.  This includes access to job listings, resource library, on-line tools, internet, fax and computers.  Additional support and resources are available for job seekers who are currently unemployed or underemployed and are legally eligible to work in BC.  

Employers can advertise jobs for free through www.ekemployment.org (which includes www.jobsinfernie.com).  Job advertisements are posted on the job board in our office as well as on our website.  

Please come visit us at 302 C 2nd Ave. in Fernie to learn more about how we can support you achieve your goals.  We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.  We also host self-serve kiosks in Sparwood once every other week.  Learn more about this through the Elk Valley section of this site.
