We are a meat processing business specializing in LEAN products, without chemicals or preservatives.
We carry Certified Angus Beef exclusively which is graded higher than the AA beef typically sold in grocery stores....
We bring in fresh chicken breast and pan freeze them ourselves to avoid the pumping of mystery fluids into the breasts.
We process wild game for hunters in small batches to ensure the meat is NEVER mixed with another hunter's game.
We grind outside rounds for burger meat (ground round) which is extremely LEAN. This is the same meat we use for all our sausage, smokies, pepperonis and burger patties.
We carry strictly pork loins for chops, bacon, sausages etc., which again is extremely LEAN.
We process instore and are competitively priced, adding quality to a reasonable price point.
