I'm seeking  a worker that's energetic & reliable with good common sense, work ethic & an eye for detail. Duties - clean up after new building construction of homes/offices and  scheduled work in the evenings/wknds of cleaning office buildings. Must be in good physical condition to complete repetitive tasks plus walking, bending, crouching, keeling. $12/hour to start. Lots of work for the right person. You must be comfortable working alone, organized and provide an inventory report of supplies used or needed to complete each job. Schedule is fairly flexible and consists of day/evenings/wknds.
