Our foundation is neuromusculoskeletal assessment to identify the underlying cause of symptoms. 

Our treatments include traditional physiotherapy & exercise therapy, smart stretching, spinal & peripheral manipulation, acupuncture, myofascial release and a variety of other techniques catered to the individual. 

We are providers of custom braces and orthotics (foot beds). We help individuals with all types of needs from those suffering from postural pain syndromes to sports injury rehab, limited function to lower back or neck pain to post surgical orthopaedic rehab, WCB & ICBC claims, fitness assessments, and much more. 

Our focus involves accurate assessment, precise treatment, patient education and development of a home treatment plan.
