EK Employment is a network of four WorkBC Employment Services Centres who are responsible for delivering the Employment Program of BC.

We offer a regional perspective to our unique labour market and are excited to promote working in our region!  We are only ever a click or phone call away.

Service Locations:

• The Cranbrook Catchment extends from Cranbrook through the Columbia Valley to Golden.  EK Employment Centres are located in the communities of Cranbrook, Invermere, and Golden.  A mobile kiosk is also hosted once weekly in Kimberley.

• The Fernie Catchment extends from the South Country area through the Elk Valley to Elkford.  An EK Employment Centre is located in the community of Fernie.  A mobile kiosk is also hosted once weekly in Sparwood.

EK Employment offers a wide range of integrated employment services and supports.  We work daily with job seekers to help them find, get and keep a job. We also work daily with employers to support their recruiting needs.

All job seekers are welcome to use our self-serve area free of charge. Additional services and supports are available to job seekers who meet basic eligibility criteria for the Employment Program of BC.
